The two organizations will collaborate on numerous initiatives to promote more diversity in F1 racing and beyond as Rokt joins as an official team partner. To make sim racing a safe and welcoming environment for female gamers, the alliance will launch a hunt for female athletes to join the Oracle Red Bull Racing Esports team in various roles.

Partners will begin the search for female ethletes to join the Oracle Red Bull Racing Esports Team. Rokt will also become the event’s title sponsor for International Women in Engineering Day, held by Oracle Red Bull Racing.

Bruce Buchanan, CEO of Rokt, stated:

Rokt and Oracle Red Bull Racing are both innovative, disruptive, mission-driven enterprises focused on our dedication to diversity, sustainability, and being a force for good in our communities. Our objective is to unlock opportunities, advance the careers of brilliant female athletes, and amplify women’s voices in sports, engineering, e-commerce, and other industries worldwide. We are happy to collaborate with the Oracle Red Bull Racing team in this endeavour. Our cooperation is made even more thrilling because Oracle Red Bull Racing is also creating history this year by launching its F1 car in the US, which is the first time any team has done so.

Christian Horner, Team Principal and CEO of Oracle Red Bull Racing, said:

We’re happy to join Rokt as a Team Partner, and we look forward to working together to bring a more diverse workforce into the sport and the sim racing industry. Within its organization and society, Rokt is dedicated to promoting diversity and empowering women. As one project under our new relationship, we’re happy to collaborate to develop a virtual program to attract female esports drivers.
The Oracle Red Bull Racing Esports squad and the F1 vehicles, driver outfits, and other team material will all have the Rokt logo.
